-I'm 16, and i need some advise besides from parents. Im going to sell some stuff on amazon, but i need a credit card to do so. Whats the best place/type/way to set it up.You DO NOT need a credit card to sell on Amazon. Amazon works with PayPal, which can be linked to a checking/savings account. If you can't learn how to do that though the Amazon website, you are NOT ready to be a seller. You can't have a seller's account unless you're at least 18. Are your parents going to open the account for you? Otherwise you can get your money held up if Amazon finds out you're under age. Same thing with eBay.
you use paypal it doesnt need credit to transfer funds :)

What happens if the national debt isn't able to be paid off?
-You will have to make a contract with me and become a magical girl! You will have to make a contract with me and become a magical girl! Then we're all screwed.
I am filing for bankruptcy bc i owe IRS 40K. I have two credit cards and am on time paying my credit cards?
-will filing bankruptcy hurt my credit with credit card companies, will my apr increase?Call the companies and tell them you are in trouble. They will see that you are not including them in the bankruptcy proceedings, and intend to make good on your debt. Ask them not to change anything on your account that could strain your already fragile finances.
They may or may not help. Most likely they will, they have money on the line.Filing for bankruptcy will destroy your credit with everyone, including credit card companies, for 7 to 10 years.
It is nearly certain that your APR will increase. The only realistic way that your APR will stay the same is if your APR is already the highest that the APR is allowed to get. It is also remotely possible that you might die or that terrorists might blow up the credit card company. However, even if the credit card company is destroyed by terrorists, another credit card company would buy the rights to collect the interest and would raise your APR, and you will still be required to pay a higher APR. The only difference would be that it would not be your current credit card company that would be increasing your APR.
How old is the tax debt? If it's less than 3 years old, filing Ch 7 bankruptcy won't discharge them. If you file Ch 13 the penalties will be dropped but you must still pay off the tax that you owe.
Filing bankruptcy will destroy your credit. Your credit card companies will be left holding the bag though you can go back after the bankruptcy and recertify the debt with them. They won't be likely to give you an increase in your credit limit though and they would be likely to raise your APR as much as your contract allows.
If you cannot pay both the IRS and the credit card companies and the taxes cannot be included in bankruptcy it would make more sense to let the bankruptcy clear the credit card debt so that you can free up funds to pay off the IRS. The IRS always comes first (after very basic living expenses and child support) so the credit card companies have little standing.
You do not file bankruptcy "on" a particular debt; you file bankruptcy - period. All debts, owed to everyone, anywhere in the world, MUST be listed and disclosed in you bankruptcy paperwork. The bankruptcy may have different effects on different debts - for example, if you want to keep a car, you have to continue to pay for it, and student loans are usually not dischargeable - but that doesn't mean that those debts aren't "included".
In other words, you don't get to leave out the credit cards.
Some taxes are dischargeable in bankruptcy, some aren't. The laws regarding discharging taxes are complicated and must be analyzed by an attorney.
Nearly all consumer bankruptcy attorneys offer free consultations. Take advantage of this to meet with one and get advice based on all of the details of your particular situation. You can find a referral at NACBA.org (National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys).
uh...stop.
Talk to a bankruptcy attty.
odd are that the IRS liens won't be wiped out by a bankruptcy.
And yes, it will kill your credit and your APR's WILL skyrocket in 5 years when you CAN borrow again
uh..no one is increasing a credit line with a pending bankruptcy or an outstanding 40k IRS lien
your interest rates will probably go up and yes, filing bankruptcy is going to destroy your credit. also, you can't include IRS debt in a bankruptcy

Best way to get sponsors?

Usually they are from Africa or Nigeria. Scams they are and never believe them or respond or give them any info about yourself. They are just looking for suckers and will steal your money and leave you hi and dry. Never believe or you will be sorry.
Like they say, if it is too good to be true, it usually isn't. They are hard to track, use fictituous names and usually use a public computer in cafes with internet access to do their dirty work.Just can them. they are beyond prosecution and so numerous that unless you actually were fool enough to send money or identity info to them, the authorities just don't have the resources.

What percentage of your income should you generally spend on clothing?

I owe money to my bank... What can I do?
-I owe almost $1000 to my bank due to overdrawing the account. My bank never warned me of this and I had no idea how it got to this point so quickly. What do I do from here? This has never happened to me before and I am completely lost and scared! I only have a part time job, I'm 21 years old and starting Nursing School soon. Advice or help would be appreciative. Thanks in advance!Time to go to the bank of mom and dad and ask for a loan.
Put it all in writing with re-payment terms and interest rates.
Offer them some collateral for them to hold until loan is paid off
PAY
Prostituting would be a good call at this point.
Talk to your bank manager to sort this. You might be able to freeze the interest.
try doing odd jobs like cleaning or mowing

OH NO! please dont let my debit card get me into trouble... help?
-OK so I just bought two things off of amazon for 45 dollars, and I added 45 dollars to my debit pre-paid card today. Everything was fine and the order went through ( I got the email confirmation)
however, when I went to the website for my pre-paid card to check the remaining balance (netspend.com) it said that the account wasn't activated. I used the card all the time and I JUST added money to it, so how can it not be activated. I'm really confused and worried because i Dont want to get into trouble by amazon saying that they didn't get the money. please helptry emailing amazon customer services, or give them a call and ask if the money was received from your account. good luck. You need to contact NetSpend directly about your account.
You can call them at 1-86-NETSPEND or e-mail their customer service department at customerservice@netspend.com.

What does this mean? Saw it on my bank statement. "ACH - PROG ADVANCED INS PREM NSF FEE"?
-ACH - Automated Clearing House (direct debit)
PROG ADVANCED - Don't know
INS PREM - Insurance Premium
NSF FEE - Nonsufficient funds fee
It means that your insurance company tried to take the money for your insurance premiums out of your bank account, but your bank account did not have enough money to cover your insurance premiums, so:
1. You were charged a fee by your bank.
2. You lost your insurance.NSF = insufficient funds.
INS PREM is probably insurance premium.
ACH = electronic transfer.
So, it appears, you set up automatic payments with your bank account and then didn't have enough in the account. Your bank will charge fees for bouncing the payment; the insurance company can have fees as well.
You don't have any money in your account and you made a purchase and they charged you a fee.
I'm sorry :(
Something else i thought about was that even though they charged you a fee most banks now pay for the item then collect the money from you afterwards. So make sure that you know if it was declined for payment or already paid. It will be good if the bank has already paid it because sometimes if it is declined you will be charged a fee at the other end too. Just thought you'd want to know.

What fund should I contribute to in the thrift savings plan?
-I currently have a TSP account and am currently contributing to the "G" fund. I'm 23 years old. I know that this fund is the lowest risk fund, but also gives you the least amount of money back. I would like to know which fund gives you the most and why. I would like to hear from people who actually have one or have experience with one. I don't want to have one with a really high risk but I also don't want to have a low one either. Please let me know.
Note: I've gone on the website and read the description of each, but it's too complicated to understand. I'd like for someone to tell me in simple words. I really appreciate the help. Please no immature answers thanks.

I had a car repo way over 2 years ago and it is still in my yard no one has come for it. so who owns the car?
-Doesn't sound like it was ACTUALLY repossessed. I'm sure by some adverse possession law of it being on your property, you could claim it.If the car is in your yard, then the car was NOT repo'd to begin with. The owner of the car is whoever has the pink slip.....that would NOT be you. Try selling the car and see what happens!! LOL
How can it be a repo if it's in your yard???
Whoever has the title.
If it was repossessed it wouldn't be in your yard. They would have come and taken it away.

How can i get the money back?

Why do I keep getting failed transactions with my credit card?
-I am getting sick and tired of it. I just tried to order some game points online and it keeps saying failed transactions. I can't get a hold of anyone for the credit card they just keep giving me stupid recorded messages press 1 press 2. They keep saying I have fraud and I don't it's my credit card. Why do they keep trying to say I am not the one using my own credit card but someone else. I keep telling them it is me but then when I try to order again the order gets denied and the fraud department starts calling my house phone saying I have fraud on my credit card when I don't. What is going on? This is so annoying. I am just going to cancel all my credit cards. What is the use of having a credit card if I can't even use my own credit card and they keep saying it's not me using it when it is me using it. Does anyone know why the heck this keeps on happening? I can't get a hold of anyone on the phone to ask them why.The problem isn't credit cards as such, it's the bank that issued your card. Some banks are very particular and want to verify transactions often. Other banks are less picky. Get another credit card from a different bank. I have cards from Discover, Citibank, Chase and others and have never had a transaction declined.because the credit card is a good company they are protecting you telling you they do not feel safe for you to use your card @ that online website be thankful for someone actually caring.
why order game points online wow.. your getting a corporation rich! off entertainment

Which bank should I use?
-I live in Indiana, and I'm under 18. I need an account I can use for withdrawals and deposits. I do make a good amount of money for my age.
But, I don't want one that takes $5 out every month. I need something that doesn't have a crap load of fees.I suggest that you visit several banks and credit unions. Speak to the customer service personnel. Bring a written list of questions which are important to you. Find out the features and charges of each of their accounts. Find out how many ATMs are available, and whether there is a service charge for using the ATM.
Make sure you get everything in writing. Do not accept anything the customer service person tells you verbally.
You need to look at the totality of the bank鈥檚 services, accounts, and fees. Every bank and credit union offers several accounts with different features and different fees. Some banks may have low overdraft fees, but high fees in other areas. Some accounts waive all fees if you maintain a minimum balance. The minimum balance varies from bank to bank. For example Bank of America in Texas sets its minimum balance for its checking accounts at $5,000 to avoid monthly maintenance fees. Other accounts have a monthly fee, but no fee on each transaction. Other accounts have no monthly fee, but a fee for each transaction.
Some banks have a large number of ATMs which you can use without a charge. Other banks have a charge for ATMs.
Plenty of banks offer 100% free checking.
Just stay away from big banks like chase and bank of america
Google: Your areas small banks and credit unions followed by the words checking account.
And job down what they offer and any fees for maintaining a checking account (if any)
Since you are under 18, you will have to get your parents to open this account with you
since ur under 18 u need to have a co account with ur parents untill u turn 18

I need someone to act as a guarantor for me please for dfs?
-hi basically i have ordered a sofa and my credit check (finance) didn't go through. they still want me to pay up (over a grand) unless i can get someone Else's name as the finance. i can afford the "23 a month i just need finance for it. i have no family who would help i am a decent kind woman (mummy of 3) and im engaged yes i have poor credit but that was years ago because of a ex partner. i need someone to help me by putting there name on the finance so i can get credit. they did say the the first payment of 拢23 would leave the person whom name is finance bank first but i can easily give this to you via bank account or paypal etc. i live in royton oldham they did say the person needs to come in and sign it as well which i know is a bother but i can and will pay you if you like. please some one help we want this sofa for our new home were just a normal family who genuinely need help. thank youScam artist! :D
What would I gett out of it
..You want someone on here to be your guarantor for a sofa costing over a grand...when you admit you have bad credit ...I'm sorry I cant see this happening. You're going to have to get out of the deal somehow (difficult as they make the sofas up to order )..maybe go to your C.A.B. for help with this...you can get a good second hand sofa for about 拢100.
Please think of joining a credit union ..they'll give you credit with a poor credit record once you've been a member for a while.
You need to stop buying things and sort out your credit file rather than get deeper into debt. NOBODY on here is going to be guarantor for a complete stranger.
I hate to imagine what the finance package is like borrowing over a grand as you say and paying 拢23 a week the interest must be horrendous.
Havent you learned anything from your previous money troubles. Make do with your old sofa and save up for a new one until you can afford to buy it cash and therefore 'interest free'.

How to earn/save up your money?
-I want money to get some things I want.Get a job or work extra hours at your current job, mow lawns, babysit, pet sit, house sit, allowance, bake sale, garage sale, car wash, walk dogs, tutor, panhandle, collect cans or scrap metal. At age 10, there is not much you can do, expect ask your parents for an allowance
You need more money coming in than going out.

Social Security Benefits?
-My mom is almost 50 and she receives social security(I'm not really sure why) and she also receives a child support check for me(I'm 15)and I heard that people might not get their checks on the 3rd.I'm confused. What is going on here? Are they stopping them completely or cutting them or what?
Should I worry?
P.S.-I'm a straight A student so just because I'm not the richest doesn't mean that I am not successful. They may have to delay them because the government has not done something that it has to do before it can borrow the money needed to send the checks. They will still be sending them, eventually, but maybe late.

How to open a account inhdfc bank?
-Try going to the bank and filling in an application form and giving them passport size photos , proof of identity and proof of address and the initial deposit that the bank needs depending on the type of account that you opt for . As simple as thatSome banks ask you to get an introduction from an existing customer to open a new account. But many new generation banks do away with such formalities and you have to fill up an application and submit 2 PP size photographs and an amount which the bank decides, to open an account.
go to the branch of the bank or call them. they will call on you at your place.

How much does it take to feed your household and number of people (monthly)?
-Im moving out with my bf and we are just trying to figure out how much to budget
How much do you pay as housekeeping?
-By housekeeping i mean rent to live with your parents.
I live with my nan and i pay a third of whatever i earn a week, and on top of that, my contribution towards the council tax.
I just wondered how much everyone else paid?
Thanks in advance! xI pay 拢50.00 per week, and I also help out with shopping etc sometimes. It does vary from person to person though. If your parent/guardian is not very well off, you tend to have to pay them more. It's easy to forget the costs of having two people in the house compared to one.

At what age can you open a bank account?
-It is best to ask the bank. Call or stop into a bank and ask them. Banks may not all have the same rules.I've had a bank account since I was a few months old. If you are a minor, you have to have a parent or guardian's name on it along with yours. It can vary from bank to bank, though, so you might want to go in or call and ask them.
ACH = electronic transfer.

Personal loan to move out?
-I would need a loan for about 5000 to help with the deposit abd first and last.Along with other things. What is the best way to do this? What are options to pay back the bank ?Personal loans are extremely hard to get.
The interest rates for those with the best and most established credit starts at 16% interest.
Note: You will dig a big hole for yourself.
When I moved out, I had 3 months worth of salary in a savings.
I used this up within 4 months.
Lots of unexpected utility deposits, a couple of car tires, and things like pots and groceries
You are going to wind up in a huge, huge mess if you have no savings and make a loan. Also careful of the online loan scam - easy to operate
It is highly unlikely you will find anyone willing to give you a personal loan for this purpose. It is also a very bad way to start out on your own. Start saving up and wait till you have the cash to cover the expenses of setting up your own place.
Personal loans are very tough to get.

What do you expect checking accounts to be like 5 years from now?
-Mine is also starting to charge me $5 a month if I dare touch my debit card.
I can only use it at the ATM for free
What else besides minimums, direct deposit requirements, etc
What else are they coming up with - or will come up with?
A fee for using an ATM?
A fee for payments over $500?
A fee for using a teller?
With an extra over DRAFT fee if you fart in line - I could not resist
Sorry, I'm a bit frustatedIf the government keeps trying to make them 'fair', they won't exist in 5 years. If the government REPEALS the regulations banks are trying to recover from, they will be a lot like they were 5 years ago. Middle ground doesn't really exits. We passed a law a few years ago that changed altogether how banks do business. Before this law, banks were allowed to charge fees only to cover actual expenses. If you used a teller or bounced a check, banks were only allowed to charge about what it cost them. But after the law, fees were unhooked. Banks could basically charge just whatever they wanted. Before the law, banks made their money from the 1 or 2 percent difference between the interest they gave depositors and the interest they charged borrowers--which is how a bank should work. But after the law they made more on the fees than on interest.
You just have to shop around. I belong to a credit union and they have a much more friendly fee structure. I can use any credit union's ATM for free. Tellers are free (though I seldom need one). I simply refuse to pay a fee to use an ATM so if I'm away from home sometimes I have to find the nearest local CU (this is easy now with a GPS-equipped smartphone! Just say 'credit union' and it will guide you to the nearest one!)
You need to find a better bank. None of mine charge any fees for a checking account, nor using ATM

Will banks give me cash for pennies?
-with or without an account?banks don't want to waste their time counting pennies so if you ask them for cash they would give you a roll or two and you can sit and roll them, but then cash them in. There are marhines around at Walmart and there used to be one at one of the grocery stores in our area. If you have just a few cents each time from a purchase then put them in the tax container. If people are short a few pennies then they can use them. Pennies cost a lot more to make than they are worth so for years now they have been trying to get rid of them. I guess about the only thing they are still good for are starting a penny collection.
Just go to walmart dude. they have those coin to cash exchanging machines.

Should I apply for a joint account or an individual on a line of credit for wells fargo?
-I don't have any credit, i'm self employed with about $320 a month with no way to prove it, and I'm only 18. If I were to apply for a line of credit with wells fargo, would i be able to get the money? Or should I do a joint account with my sister. She has a great paying job, but bad credit, and she is 25. Would i be able to get it?
Also, what if I joined with my brother, he has a job as a loan specialist, but he is on paid leave because he got robbed twice at gun point, but no credit at all. And no, he can't give me a loan because the company he works for has terribly high interest rates, so he wont give me a loan. But could get a loan if I did a joint account with him?

How to tackle my debt faster? i have an idea maybe good?
-ok so i owe about 700 to a credit card. so i was thinking about using my paychecks to pay it all off and in the mean time use another credit card i have with no interest for 6months in the meantime?
after paying that 700dollars i would just pay off my other card no problem what do you guys think?
they are charging me too much interest on this debt that is why i want to lower it quickSounds good.
Keep in mind that these 0% interest rate cards start your date on the date you open the account. Not the date you start using the card, or the date of your first statement.
That's the trick.
In 5 months, you get hit with interest, and then you are in a hole you can't get out of.
So be careful with this idea
That's what I would do.

What is a good job for a 17 year old to support his family, and what might be good investments?
-I already have a good and have some money invested, but i am looking for better paying options as well as ones with benefits. Also I am very good with saving and budgeting, but i only have enough for about a year at this time. I really want something that could better take care of future finances.
How do I settle on debt?
-This is not everything, so please continue researching online.
Check out the Statute of Limitations for your state (SOL).
Paying the debt will not really do anything for your credit report; it will continue to show this debt for 7.5 years regardless of paying/settling.
Get everything in writing. The previous answer is correct, do not rely on phone conversations (even recorded conversations belong to them).
ALWAYS get the settlement offer in writing
NEVER give a creditor access to your bank accounts
ALWAYS keep copies of communications/payments
The IRS considers forgiven debt (amount owed - settlement) as income to be taxed. You should receive a 1099-C next year from collection agency, but don't forget to follow up if it doesn't come. IRS will send a bill a couple years later for the taxes plus fines and penalties.
Save up money before even considering settling. Being able to say "I'll pay you x dollars right now" gives you more negotiating power than agreeing to a payment plan.
Collection agencies buy and sell these debts all the time, so if you can't negotiate an offer you like right now, wait until it's sold to the next place that might be more willing to compromise.Do not call the debt collector. Write whatever you wish to say to the debt collector on a piece of white paper, fold it so that it fits in an envelope, put it in a envelope, address the envelope correctly, put the correct amount of postage on it, and mail it, without using the telephone.
1) go to prepaidlegal.com & see if PrePaid Legal is licensed in your state.
2) Sign up & may your first month (DO NOT PREPAY THE ENTIRE PLAN IF YOU DECIDE YOU DON'T LIKE YOUR LAWYER OR THEIR FIRM. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS.)
3) Call your attorney/firm once you get the packet in the mail.
4) Ask them to write a demand letter to the creditor, offering settlement on payment. (A good attorney will allow the company to make both an offer and a counter-offer once you offer to settle for LESS).
5) Either be willing to pay the amount, counter-offer and then counter-counter offer, or take them to court. Or perhaps declare bankruptcy.
Good luck to you! PPL helped me out a lot.
1) Call up the creditor.
2) Ask them if they will settle the account for less than full payment.
3a) If you are current with your payments, they say "No".
3b) If you are 3-5 months behind already, they might say "Yes".

Can I use direct deposit for a card that's not mine(parents)?
-In other words, can I send my whole check to their account? I would have access to the money but i wanted to know if this was possible since my company is begging me to sign up for it. Thank youNo, the bank account must have the same name as the person on the direct deposit. That is to prevent fraud, by someone sending a paycheck into someone else's account.

Can you mail in money?
-I signed up forseventeen mag. And need to pay $15.00, can i just mail them money? As in cash? You NEVER mail cash. It can get lost in the mail. The person opening the envelope can steal it. You only mail a check. That way the person opening the mail can't do anything with the check it he steals it, because it's made out to Seventeen magazine. If it's lost in the mail, then you can put a stop on the check and write a new check.
If you don't have a checking account (you didn't give your age), then give your parents the $15 and ask them to write a check for you.
NO NO NO. Go to 7-11, Wawa, almost any convenience store and get a money order.
A $15.00 money order will probably cost $15.00 plus a dollar or two for the money order.
It's much safer.
Also, can you have a parent write them a check and you pay the parent in cash. It will work the same way.

Will the bank accept ripped checks?
-Today my mom woke me up early to go to a dentist appointment and I was still sleepy. She planned on going to the bank on the way there and asked me to rip the little creases connecting the checks. Being sleepy and confused, I thought she wanted me to rip up the check completely and I ripped it in 4 parts :[ Does Chase banks accept ripped checks?Nope. Going to have to write a new check.
Western union transaction help?
-My father sent money through western union, but it was sent with my mom's name as the recipient and was to go to Durham, NC. However, i'm in N. California right now without my mother, and my dad says i might be able to get the money here if i have the transaction number and the password. Can i do it?If you have the recipient's name and the transaction number, you could most likely pick up the money, even if you were is Siberia. They really don't TRY to confirm ID. That is why MOST scam operators request payment by Western Union.
I think it's doubtful because you don't have photo ID to match the recipient (your mother), but call them at 1-800-325-6000 and ask.

Is there any way to reduce interest rates on credit cards without defaulting?
-Are there any programs? When zero interest introductory rates were common, you could call the card issuer and ask them to reduce the rate to convince you not to transfer your balance to a new card. You can still ask, but they may suggest you actually follow through.
NO, there are not, never have been, and never CAN be any programs.

Is my money lost because of a stupid writing mistake?
-Here is the things : my parents sent me some money from France (French account) on the 30th of June, about 160 quids, that were supposed to arrive on my British account in the following week.
After two weeks, I didn't receive a penny. My parents called the French bank 2 days ago which said that the Barclays Central Bank received it on the 8th of July and that the money is in the UK and I should have received it. So I called Barclays Costumer Service : they told me that if they received it that day, I should have received it on my account but nothing appeared on their data base.
I checked again all the information I gave my parents...the sort code, the account number were absolutely fine but for the IBAN, an 0 was written like a 6 by the worker who gave me the information....
Here is the question: IS MY MONEY LOST? What should I do now?
Thank you in advance for your answers and advice.Keep calling that bank that made the error until they sort it out.

Why don't i have any money on my amazon account?
-i've been using mechanical turk to earn money online, and i've earned about $3, but when i got to the "account settings" link, it says that my current balance is $0, so i cant transfer any of my earnings into a gift certificate. i'm a new user form canada, so i dont really know what is happening to my earnings.Ignore the previous poster, it's not a scam - Amazon is a legitimate international company. I work on Mechanical Turk and have managed to earn over $30 in a week because I've focused on high-paying jobs such as article writing for Midwest Internet (if you take their qualification test and score well you can write for them and they'll give you a $4 bonus for getting a high score). The reason you don't have the money actually available to you yet is because you have to have submitted hits for 10 days before your account is validated and Amazon will release your funds to you. Here is what Amazon say about this security measure:
"As you are a new Worker, there is an initial holding period of 10 active days before your money is transferred to your Amazon Payments account. This means that your funds will be held until you have 10 days where you have completed at least 1 HIT. These days do not need to be successive."Call Amazon and ask them.
its just a scam, those never work, you need to earn money online by selling stuff on amazon or get a job in real life and get a bank account or credit card/.

Does this sound like a good financial plan I have?
-I'm not sure if I will be able to go to college since I come from a poor family
I'm almost 16 years old and I already figured out a financial plan I have for the future
I'm going to be getting an apartment
apartment-400 dollars
food- 200 dollars
prepaid cell phone- 20 a month, I use it more for calls and not texts
water- 30 dollars
electric- 40 dollars
gas for car- 50 dollars a month, I don't plan on doing that much traveling
car insurance- 90 dollars
health insurance- 90 dollars
Miscellaneous- 50 dollars
I don't want a landline phone or cable tv or internet. I will also set money on the side just in case for car repairs and since I will be living in an apartment I won't have to pay a heating/gas bill
so what do you think?Costs can vary quite a bit depending on where you live. Look online for apartments in your area; you can probably find rent quotes and deposit amounts online, but you might also want to call and see if they can give you estimates of water and electric bills. You won't be able to legally sign a lease on your own until you're 18. Before you move, make sure you have enough in savings to cover moving expenses, deposits (on apartment and possibly electric and water accounts), plus 3 months' expenses as a safety net. It almost always costs more than you think it will to live on your own because you forget about the hundreds of little things like dishes, silver wear, towels, shower curtain, even tiny stuff like saran wrap and tin foil can add up quickly. Plus, it's always good to keep some money in savings to cover emergencies like the car breaking down or rent being due the day before you get paid. For college, apply for financial aid through FAFSA.ed.gov and your school and get yourself some Pell Grants and student loans. As long as you do not go to an expensive college, the Pell Grant will cover tuition and the student loans would cover books.
Just do not take too much out in student loans. Get a part time job to cover your living expenses.
you might want to research the insurance a bit more. my insurance is over $100 and is mostly paid by my employer. if you are paying cash, the price is likely to be $400-500 per month for full coverage.
I'm almost 16 years old and I already figured out a financial plan I have for the future
I'm going to be getting an apartment
apartment-400 dollars
food- 200 dollars
prepaid cell phone- 20 a month, I use it more for calls and not texts
water- 30 dollars
electric- 40 dollars
gas for car- 50 dollars a month, I don't plan on doing that much traveling
car insurance- 90 dollars
health insurance- 90 dollars
Miscellaneous- 50 dollars

How can I convince my mom to let me buy something with my own money?
-Ok. So I have been earning my own money recently to buy something for myself for my birthday coming up. I want an Android phone to replace this lame pay as you go cell phone that i got a couple years ago that my mom won't even refill with money, and won't let me refill it myself with my money either. I have enough money to buy the android phone myself, and that I'm trying to be responsible by using my own money. But she said "no" "because I don't need it and she's pretty sure I'm not going to pay the monthly fees" I tried everything! more chores, helping, but it won't work! And the lamest part of it all is that my brother earns his own money too and he can just buy a weird 100 dollar lego set. I don't get it. Does anyone know what else I can do?tell I wanna be independent on spending my own money. and tell her my phone is getting too old and I wanna replace it(even if it's completely new!) so I extremely need this phone and it's not useless.I agree with your mom. The monthly fees are very high and I don't think you'll be able to continue to pay them month after month for the next three or so years either. Mom doesn't want or need that added expense.
Believe it or not, people get by without cell phones. Lots of people.
May I ask how old you are? My answer would be different depending on whether you're 8 (yes, you probably are too young) or 18.
I kinda had something like this when i bought my phone i got the evo from sprint. If i were you id just tell your mom that your gonna make an educated purchase (it sounds good with fancy words) and that she doesn't have to worry about any of the money. Also use the weird 100 dollar lego set thing against her and say if he can have that why cant i have this. And if she says no just keep bringing it up. after a while shes gonna have to let you have it eventually.

You could get a job, or help around in the house, like washing your dad's car.

My loan officer committed fraud and forged signatures can I sue the bank?
-If you have proof--absolutely!
Better yet--have you called the police yet and reported him?It depends if you can prove it. These days a lot of loan officers and realtors will use electronic signatures for their clients to expedite the process. But, you have to be okay with what is being signed on your behalf.
In short - YES. What he/she is doing is fraud, like you said. Its also illegal and against the law in the US.

Would this person be considered rich?
-The dad makes $86,790 a year and the mom doesn't work at all. Is this a family that could live in a big house and buy lots of nice expensive things?definitely not rich, even if your mom made the same salary as your dad. They would be doing well, if they both made that salary and saved for their retirement, then maybe, but rich is considered, when money is no issue, you don't have to work if you don't want to, and you can do can live in beverly hills in million dollar listing, driving a ferrari and flying to europe every month for shopping.
depending on how they spend their money, they could manage to buy things and save at the same time for sure it is a good salary.Rich, Big House, & Expensive things. all nice but what about good health.
If you never learn to appreciate the important things in life, the big things that you get for DOLLARS and suddenly become of no importance. I spoke this AM with an attorney that has an excellent reputation for advocating for his clients. A couple of months ago his wife of near 50 years was in a horrid auto accident (he is a personal injury attorney) she was put into a full body cast. Three weeks later he was in an accident which totalled his auto. He was injured but will recover fully after 3 months of PT. 2 weeks later he had a death in his family. And last week he had to have skin cancer removed from his face. I suggested that he might have been better off with no luck because all he seemed to be having was bad luck. He paused a few seconds then said Yep...your kinda correct.
The point I would like to make is, Your apparently young and thinking about the future. That part is good. buhappinessdo not make happyness. Our nation is in more trouble today than at any time in its history. The way things are going I believe were going to see so much inflation in the next 20 years that the $86,790 your questioning may be below the poverty level! Of course if your well educated and our legislators do not ship the remaining good jobs to China, Bulgaria or somewhere else that few of us know much about you may be able to live on $400,000 so long as your happy with clothing from the Salvation Army or Goodwill.
Get with it kid, your values are way out of line, your asking the wrong questions to get the answers you really need. Of course I am not telling you the answers as I likely have grandchildren older than you. Worry about your education, consider politics, do something for someone else, be happy
with your accomplishments.
Well nicole , it depends on what your buying , yes you could stay in a big house , but i dont think you could buy lots of expensive things. If you want all those things , You should stay in the house your living at the moment for like 2 - 3 yeers , then you will get all these things . Hope this helps.

It would depend on the state that they live in and how big the family was. That would be enough to live comfortably and afford some nice and expensive things, but not everywhere.
Depends on their expenses and size of the family 86, 790 is enough to live comfortably but it variable.
they could afford a nice house and expensive things, but they are average salary i guess. Anyone who goes to college should earn around that or way more
they are wealthy but not rich. rich actually has an amount you need to make annually i think its about 3 million but im not too sure on the exact amount
they may live comfortabally.bt may nt hv savings...

Can I trade in gift cards for cash refunds?
-I have the receipt...Can I trade it in for cash refunds?we all want to do that but that is not how it worksNope.
There are a couple of website though where you can sell gift cards.
Walmart is the one most in demand.
You can get $80 for your $100 walmart gift card.
But with the "off stores" , you might only get 50% of their value.
plastic jungle. com is such as site
Consider just giving them out as birthday gifts to people if you don't want them
No. Cards have a "No cash value"
No. They are not refundable.
Most stores won't let you. Call and ask.

How to make 15,000$ in two years?
-Hi all, I need to make $15,000 before August 2012. What are some jobs or anything I can do to obtain this? I'm 14, I am going to apply for a worker's permit but other than that what else can I do. Feel free to just throw any idea at all out there.
ThanksWell, August 2012 is about 1 year away now, so you need to make about $300/week to be on track. That's a full time job at minimum wage ($7.50/hr x 40 hrs/wk x 52 weeks would give you $15,600, before taxes). At 14, I don't think you'd be able to find a full time job, though.
I'd ask for donations, if it's a worthy cause you need the money for.
sensible.mymoneywise.net Being an affiliate is cheap and yet it's the most amazing financial stuff out there that everybody should be using in my opinion! I'm already saving money, but just check it out. It's sharing with people you know.
If you worked a part time job you could probably make that much easily. Babysit, mow lawns, have a garage sale, panhandle, or collect cans if you think that you'll end up short.
Shaws and market basket bagging. best job ever (im 14)

Ok I need 415.00 ASAP for an emergency that just happened. If I dont get it soon, my daughter will not get her?
-medicine she needs for her seizures. She ran out of her medicine and I don't get paid till next Friday when I can get them. I have a bank account with Account now i have had this for years. My credit is gone due to my ex. Does anyone know of a payday loan place that will help me until next friday? I can guarantee the payback next friday. Please serious answers only. And please don't tell me to clean up my credit. Im doing everything I can to keep my head above water as it is. I have asked the hospital for help and they said to ask a relative. I don't have any. I live in Iowa with a full-time job. Thank u God bless!Ask any neighbors that are friendly and you know well. If her dad is an option, ask him. Look everywhere you can think of for a loan. Maybe even post an ad on craigslist. Tell the hospital that you don't have any relatives and see if they will help then. Sell something that you can do without. Pick up extra hours at your job and start an emergency fund to keep at home.
Have you tried the county health department. They will usually help people who need life sustaining medicine and can't afford to pay for it. If the doctor gave you a prescription or you have a one that allows refills, go to the county health department and ask them for assistance.
Google (your state here) county health department.
Get your ex to pay it. He is her father!!
Get an advance from your job, or ask a good friend.
Call Catholic Charity or your church. Both can pay for the medicine and your can repay them with NO interest
neighbour ?

We don't like the job or people we work with sometimes but we have to adjust or we will be out of a job.
So stop saying I cannot and say that I can.
Adjust your attitude so people will want to hire you.
Ask your parent or parents could you get an allowance for doing extra things around the house.
Mow lawns, pet sit, walk dogs, car wash, garage sale, house sit, clean houses, collect cans or scrap metal, paper route, panhandle.

Loans and credit checks?
-I want to apply for a loan to buy a new car but am worried about the credit checks. Nationwide advertised 6.6% APR but when I applied the rate went up to 10.4% which I cant afford, so I didn't accept. I have excellent credit rating but all of the loan providers advertise a rate then in small print state that the rate varies per person. Is there a way to find out what apr rate I will get without them having to do a credit check? I don't want to have to apply to loads of different companies just to find out what rate I will receive. Will that look bad on my credit history?
WHAT HAPPENS TO YOUR CURRENT CAR LOAN WHEN YOU FILE FOR BANKRUPCY?
-I AM CURRENTLY PAYING MY CAR LOAN BUT WANT TO FILE FOR BANKRUPTCY. DO I LOOSE MY CAR OR HAVE TO CLOSE THAT LOAN ACCOUNT THAT PAYS FOR MY CAR?It depends on what you want to do.
If you feel you can not continue to make the payments you can include it in your bankruptcy so that it does not affect your credit at a later time.
If you can continue to make the payments, and feel like that is what you would like to do that is also an option.
In most states a car loan is not discharged in bankruptcy. You get to keep your car but you have to continue to make payments on your car loan until it is paid off. If you default on your payments the lender can repo your car the same as always.

Does this sound like a good financial plan I have?
-I'm not sure if I will be able to go to college since I come from a poor family
I'm almost 16 years old and I already figured out a financial plan I have for the future
I'm going to be getting an apartment
apartment-400 dollars
food- 150 dollars
prepaid cell phone- 20 a month, I use it more for calls and not texts
internet- 40 dollars a month
water- 30 dollars
electric- 40 dollars
gas for car- 50 dollars a month, I don't plan on doing that much traveling
car insurance- 90 dollars
health insurance- 90 dollars
I don't want a landline phone or cable tv. I will also set money on the side just in case for car repairs and since I will be living in an apartment I won't have to pay a heating/gas bill
so what do you think?Food might be a bit low, but this seems very realistic.
Apply for grants (FASFA) too, they've helped me so much in college.
Start working soon and save as much as you can.

How can I get my money from my parents?
-My grandparents left me almost $30,000 for college before my grandfather died. They gave it to me in various checks over 18 years. The checks all stated on them that they were for my college, but due to the fact that I didn't have my own bank account then they were signed over to my mother to hold on to. My mother and I do not get along and she has decided to refuse to give me the money now that I need it for school. How can I go about getting this from her?You have to be a kiss ***. Just tell her that you love her and do stuff for her that you normally wouldn't do. Then after a while just ask her for the money and she will give it to you. :)
Sue her, or call the police and have her thrown in jail for grand theft. She has committed a felony by not giving you the money.

Need home finance help.?
-We bought a house 2 years ago and the owner gave us a 3 year loan interest only. Now we can't get a jumbo loan because my business showed negative, but my husband has a good salary. My question is can the owner foreclose on us? We still have one year to get a loan and hopefully my business will do better for this year. My husband is talking about bankrupcy, but I think I am not going to let that happen. I dont like to screww people. What can we do?As long as you stay current on the last year of your 3-year interest only loan, they can't foreclose on you. You have other options besides bankruptcy if you can't refinance. You could let the home be foreclosed on without declaring bankruptcy. You could sell the home and pay any shortage to the current lender. Or you could try to get refinanced on just your husband's salary - the loan would be in his name alone. Or you could take in a renter to help cover the cost.

I have one property at Mumbai costing around 50lacs I want loan on that would I get it or not?
-There should not be any problem for getting loan against property. You have to ensure that the property if "Freehold" and no other loan is pending against the property. It registered is in your name. Approach the Bank which serves you the best - complete the formalities and loan will be disbursed. Before giving you loan, the Bank will ensure that you are earning enough money to repay back the loan along with interest thereon.
However, if you are a senior citizen, you need not to worry about the repayment but it will be disbursed to you and your spouse in a joint account.
For details loan against property, you are advised to visit internet site of any Bank. The site for State Bank of India is:

If i am a trustee of property or money when can i go and get my money?
-When the trust says you can.A trustee has no rights or entitlements to the money, only the beneficiaries of the trust do. The trustees are responsible for the administration of the trust, in accordance with the trust deed, on behalf of the beneficiaries. As trustee, you own nothing.
What happens to Blank Checks if you use numbers out of sequence?
-My checking is with Chase Bank, I paid a bill using check number 135 completely forgetting to use 106-134., are all the previous checks still valid if was to write one using for example 129?The bank doesn't CARE about the check numbers. The ONLY purpose they EVER served was to distinguish on check from another check on the same account. Most banks don't even put a note on your statement if checks are used out of sequence anymore. You can DESTROY the check number and the bank won't even notice. Whoever you right the check too might, care, but they probably wont notice either.
Yes. The numbers are simply there for your own use in keeping track of what you pay to whom and when. There is no reason to use them in sequence.

Should I cash in my 401K?
-I have a 401K from my last job that I worked at for 3 years. I lost my job in september. I got a new job in december but it is for a government funded non-profit company so I no longer can get a 401K. My finance just lost his job and we are trying to hold up a household for us and my 2 kids on my income which is only about 32,000 a year. I am struggling to pay the rent, the bills, and also pay for a wedding. Will cashing in my $4000 401K help me or hurt me?Almost anybody can have a 401k, so you can probably roll over the old one into a new one. It just won't get any matching funds from the new employer. After taxes and penalties, $4,000 won't amount to much, so don't cash it in. The long-term value will be much higher. If money is that tight, do a smaller wedding or wait til the boyfriend gets a new job.
This should be an absolute last ditch effort. There are early withdrawl penalties as well as tax penalties that must be paid and you will get far less than you $4000. I would suggest trimming expenses. Very often I see people who have many small "pleaure" expenses, such as montly movie rentals, the unlimited phone plans, extra services on home phones, multiple salon visits, etc. Many people do not realize how much money can be saved by putting these expenses on hold temorarily until you get back on your feet.
Well, of course it will hurt you.
This is never a positive financial thing to do.
What to expect: Taxes (your regular tax rate), plus a 10% penalty.
Your employer may keep 20% to help you pay for all this at tax time.
(you'll understand once you go through all this)
If the company does not hold any of it:
Remember at tax time: your current tax rate (the distribution can knock you into a higher bracket), and a 10% penalty. So try to keep some money set aside for then
You'll end up with about $2,800 and no retirement plan.
Go to the court house and ditch the wedding plans. That's the best option.
Bad idea unless you are really desperate.

For money orders, do they automatically put the money amount on the money order?
-Like, when you pay for a money order, do they automatically deduct the amount from your account or do they wait until the person who receives it cashes it?Yes, the amount is on the money order. For both money orders and bank/cashiers checks, the money is gone as soon as it is issued.

Is there really a way to make earn a substantial income online?
-Does anyone know of any honest ways to make decent money to live off of online? Are there any ways to work independently or build your own business? I know that I will have to put in work and I am very much willing to do so. I know there are ways to make extra spending money, but I don't know if there are any serious ways to make significant earnings. I would really appreciate honest responses. Please do not promote scam opportunities. Thank you.

Need some income assistance?
-I live in ohio and have a few mental health issues. I am currently receiving SSD I get $900/month. I live on my own in an unsubsidized 1 bedroom apt. After rent and bills I have close to nothing left. September I will qualify for medicare the down side is it cost $150/month. I also have 2 young children they live with their father and step-mother I see them every other weekend I love them more than anything but they are getting older and need their own space when they come over. Currently the county I am in and the surrounding counties are on a 2 year waiting list for open section 8 housing. I fear if I can't find a 2 bedroom place soon. My ex-husband will petition the court and they will take away my visitation for my kids. They are the only reason I go on. If anyone can tell me where or how I can get additional assistance I would be grateful. thank you for your time. What the free money, health care, rent, and I'm sure food too is not enough for you? You're pathetic. Why do your kids need their own bedroom when you see them twice a month!? Get a job, you're the scum of the Earth. I am SO glad your kids don't live with you.
You are lucky you get that much from SSD. Get a cheaper apartment or rent a room.
^ You guys are so mean O.o
But I agree, it would be in your best interest to get a job quickly. I know it's hard, but I'm sure you'll find one!

Consider just giving them out as birthday gifts to people if you don't want them

Bank accidentally deposited extra $100?
-My bank account balance was $0. I went to the bank and deposited $100. I came home and just checked my account balance on the bank deposit receipt, it said I deposited $200. I went online banking and saw that they deposited $200 instead of $100.
Should I tell them? Or will they realize the mistake and take the money them self from my account? They should notice it at the end of business that day, as the teller whom waited on you will be short $100 and have to find out why. If it is not cleared up by the next business day I would call. Even if you spend the money, they will still take it out of your account, and you are likely to accumulate overdraft fees, and at an average of $31 each transaction, they add up quickly! They will probably pick it up. Just call and let them know because if you spend that and they take it out. Your in deep crap. On top of that keep your conscious clean. It's good practice haha.
Tell them, because they will eventually realize the mistake. If you spend the money, it can overdraw your account and accrue some major fees.

I had to put my ssn on my nieces bond what will happen later?
-I requested a bond for a 3 month old, they spelt her last name wrong and they told me to put in my Social Security Number instead of hers. how will this affect her when she cashes it in?I work at a bank and it is our policy as well to have the purchaser use their social security number if the bondholders SSN is unavailable. This should not be a problem when redeeming the bond at a later date. As long as it is still her name (such as Brandy and Brandi), not an entirely different name (such as Brandy and Brandon) that should not cause any problems either.
Hope that helps. Have a great day!
Put a post it note on the bond stating that when it's cashed in to use her SSN.
As stated above, someone's SSN has to go on the bond and the Treasury will happily take yours at the time of purchase if you don't know hers.
When I cashed a bunch of bonds that my grandmother left me, I reminded the bank to use my SSN which wasn't the one on the bond. No problem.

Bad idea unless you are really desperate.
cash it dummy

For money orders, do they automatically put the money amount on the money order?
-Like, when you pay for a money order, do they automatically deduct the amount from your account or do they wait until the person who receives it cashes it?Yes, the amount is on the money order. For both money orders and bank/cashiers checks, the money is gone as soon as it is issued.

How can I deposit money into my bank account at this time?
-Hi it's 19.46pm I have a wad of cash on me but no money whatsoever in my bank account. I need to buy something online today and have it delivered by tomorrow (special deliveries obviously). Is there anyway I can get my papercash into my bank account at this time? My bank is lloyds tsb, I'm willing to travel all over this city ( Manchester, UK) to get it done.If you have an ATM card you should be able to make the deposit at any Lloyds bank with an ATM. However, the money may not be credited to your account until tomorrow since it is after 2:00 pm and most banks hold all transactions made after 2:00 pm until the next day.I don't know lloyds that well, i'm with HSBC. My bank has a machine where you can deposit cash for instant credit. i don't know if lloyds do this. but, i dont think you can have it delivered by tomorrow anyway... It's past last post.

What is a good salary for a family of four?
-In the Pennsylvania/Maryland area. Living comfortably but with extra money to save and not be stressed. I'm not talking a ton of money but enough so my family has what they need, a good amount of what they want, my saving's account is profiting, and we have a little vacation money.I suppose that depends on what you consider to be "comfortable". I raised a family of five on less than $60K a year. We never had a lot of money for extras, but the three kids were always clean, happy and well fed, and they all went to college.
How can i look up average bills for a home?
-I'm looking to rent a home, but want the utilities to be affordable. Where can I find out what past tenants have paid? The listing agent should have the average values as part of the info about the house.
Why do people like money?
-It makes me feel free because with money you dont need a job and you can do a lot of things with it such as take vacations around the world and buy cars, planes, houses or anything else you want.It makes me feel free because with money you dont need a job and you can do a lot of things with it such as take vacations around the world and buy cars, planes, houses or anything else you want.Because money solves almost all problems.
Money can buy anything.
Why do you think poor people and countries are dislike?
Because they don't things to offer.
girls like money because it buys sexy things, men like money cos it buys them sexy girls
For many people, money buys happiness.
I once told someone that money doesn't guarantee happiness. He replied with "yeah but you could be depressed on any beach while others are working". lol
Because it buys cool stuff and is a status symbol for most people.

What should I buy with fifty dollars?
-I have a fifty dollar visa giftcard and i dont know what to buy. Im 10-13 years old.Cash it in and save. Don't buy something you don't really need or don't love. Wait for something good.
Whats the best way to buy from a private seller?
-I wanna buy something from someone ive never formally met. If I cannot do the transaction through ebay whats the most secure way to do it so that if I do not get the product I can get my money back or ensure an honest transaction? The only sure way is to meet the seller face to face. You can then examine the goods and, if you are happy, pay the seller with cash. Any other way, you are both relying on trust, the seller that your cheque or whatever, is straight and you, as the buyer, that the goods are as described and everything is as it should be.
What could I afford ?????????
-If I earn about 15,000 usd a year.
What kindof priced house could I afford to buy(NOT RENT)?
Please give me an exact figure. The deposit would be about 10,000. Another other questions dont ask because I dont know- Im not serious just planning for the future. Please just give me a straight forward answer.First of all, this is a job for your banker. You should set up an appointment to look into setting up a budget that can let you save for this future house you're looking to buy.
Second, without more information I think its impossible to answer your question at all. For instance, what part of the country do you live in? In some states, it can be upwards of $200,000 for a small, 10 year old home. In others, that might buy you a mansion. Also, it may depend on the kind of loan you take out. I'm pretty sure 30 year loans are usual for house buying, but the interest rate is an issue that will effect how much it cost. There are also other things that it would be helpful to know, but again, this is something to talk to your banker about.
Thirdly, at 15,000 a year, I think you may be hard pressed to find a house you can buy at all. Its probably best to start by saving up, and aiming low.

I max out my 401k and my Ira, but that max is only 21500, where should my Additional retirement funds go next?
-If you qualify, perhaps some into a Health Savings Account - another tax free account that can be used to pay medical deductibles, co-payments, medical expenses your health insurance plan doesn't cover (e.g. vision).
Nearly everyone will need health care and prices keep rising. The good news with an HSA is that you don't have to wait for retirement - you can withdraw any time you have a legitimate out-of-pocket medical expense.
After that, I think it depends on where you are in life. If you have young children, perhaps a 529 plan for college. If you are at least 10 years away from retirement, I personally would put some in small-cap and mid-cap stocks through an ETF or no load mutual fund.Take a look at an indexed universal life product. The deposits are NOT tax-free but they compound tax-free and you can access the money tax free when you need it. There is no limit to the amount you can deposit. Think of the amount you deposit as a small box. As you continue to add deposits and the account compounds tax-free, it grows to a much higher amount. Then imagine all the money you take out later as a much bigger box. Do you want to pay taxes on the small box or the larger box? If you do the math, you'll find that getting access to the compounded funds later makes more sense than getting a tax break on the initial deposits.
In addition, the money is extremely safe and the account can only go up and never goes down. These products are generally tied to the value of the S&P 500 and the value goes up (to a cap) when the market goes up but stays the same when the market goes down (guaranteed floor). During the worst decade for the S&P 500 ever (2001-2010), when the 500 averaged about a 1/4% per year, holders of indexed products earned over 9%. Talk to a licensed life agent. There is more info at the site below.
That would be a good question for Suze Orman. She has a website and a show you can call in. She is great. You don't say how old you are and that can make a difference as to how long you have to go for retirement and how much you need. There are various investments out there.

Can I declare bankruptcy on just my credit cards with out them coming after my assets like real estate? HELP!!?
-I currently have almost $100K in cc debt, and the minimum payments are over $3000/mo. This hardly pays any of the balance, and I am feeling they will never get paid off. Now I am running into not having enough money a month to make my mortgage...something needs to give. Can I declare bankruptcy on these cards, or will the creditors come after my home or rental properties? I really need an answer soon before I end up losing everything. I live in Colorado. I am a single mom who used to do very well selling RE and now have been selling about a 1/12 of what I usually do due to the economy. You cannot file bankruptcy "on" specific things. When you file bankruptcy, you are declaring that you, the human being, is bankrupt. With very few exceptions, all of your assets are at risk. You may get to keep the home in which you live. You will almost definitely lose the rental properties.
You could get a free consultation by phone with a bankruptcy lawyer.
You file bankruptcy and include in the filing all your debts you want to discharge. You must list your assets. The bankruptcy judge will decide what you can keep.
refinance or declare bk now before you ruin your credit. i am a mortgage banker, and can help you refinance if thats what you choose. steve muller 405-474-1471
