Will banks give me cash for pennies?

-with or without an account?banks don't want to waste their time counting pennies so if you ask them for cash they would give you a roll or two and you can sit and roll them, but then cash them in. There are marhines around at Walmart and there used to be one at one of the grocery stores in our area. If you have just a few cents each time from a purchase then put them in the tax container. If people are short a few pennies then they can use them. Pennies cost a lot more to make than they are worth so for years now they have been trying to get rid of them. I guess about the only thing they are still good for are starting a penny collection.
Just go to walmart dude. they have those coin to cash exchanging machines.
