My loan officer committed fraud and forged signatures can I sue the bank?

Better yet--have you called the police yet and reported him?It depends if you can prove it. These days a lot of loan officers and realtors will use electronic signatures for their clients to expedite the process. But, you have to be okay with what is being signed on your behalf.
In short - YES. What he/she is doing is fraud, like you said. Its also illegal and against the law in the US.
