-Here is the things : my parents sent me some money from France (French account) on the 30th of June, about 160 quids, that were supposed to arrive on my British account in the following week.
After two weeks, I didn't receive a penny. My parents called the French bank 2 days ago which said that the Barclays Central Bank received it on the 8th of July and that the money is in the UK and I should have received it. So I called Barclays Costumer Service : they told me that if they received it that day, I should have received it on my account but nothing appeared on their data base.
I checked again all the information I gave my parents...the sort code, the account number were absolutely fine but for the IBAN, an 0 was written like a 6 by the worker who gave me the information....
Here is the question: IS MY MONEY LOST? What should I do now?

Call the bank and ask them.
