Why don't i have any money on my amazon account?

-i've been using mechanical turk to earn money online, and i've earned about $3, but when i got to the "account settings" link, it says that my current balance is $0, so i cant transfer any of my earnings into a gift certificate. i'm a new user form canada, so i dont really know what is happening to my earnings.Ignore the previous poster, it's not a scam - Amazon is a legitimate international company. I work on Mechanical Turk and have managed to earn over $30 in a week because I've focused on high-paying jobs such as article writing for Midwest Internet (if you take their qualification test and score well you can write for them and they'll give you a $4 bonus for getting a high score). The reason you don't have the money actually available to you yet is because you have to have submitted hits for 10 days before your account is validated and Amazon will release your funds to you. Here is what Amazon say about this security measure:



"As you are a new Worker, there is an initial holding period of 10 active days before your money is transferred to your Amazon Payments account. This means that your funds will be held until you have 10 days where you have completed at least 1 HIT. These days do not need to be successive."Call Amazon and ask them.
its just a scam, those never work, you need to earn money online by selling stuff on amazon or get a job in real life and get a bank account or credit card/.
