How to refund my money ?

-I am victim from online IVORYWHTE800-9644593-V .they took $500.21 from my citi bank account.start 8/10/10 to 1/13/11 each month.As soon I know I call them they refuse return my money.They say don.t have policy to refund.My 13 year daughter saw something online free she click button.My online account to buy for Amazon.I did not know How they get it.They told me they send email to confirm to my daughter email.I ask how do you charge money when email was not seem my name.I call January /11 because I was working to Monday to Friday 6:00 am to 2:30 pm.Please any body help me to return this money.Me and My husband is unemployed now.
