I had a car repo way over 2 years ago and it is still in my yard no one has come for it. so who owns the car?

-Doesn't sound like it was ACTUALLY repossessed. I'm sure by some adverse possession law of it being on your property, you could claim it.If the car is in your yard, then the car was NOT repo'd to begin with. The owner of the car is whoever has the pink slip.....that would NOT be you. Try selling the car and see what happens!! LOL
How can it be a repo if it's in your yard???

If it was repossessed it wouldn't be in your yard. They would have come and taken it away.
