OH NO! please dont let my debit card get me into trouble... help?

-OK so I just bought two things off of amazon for 45 dollars, and I added 45 dollars to my debit pre-paid card today. Everything was fine and the order went through ( I got the email confirmation)



however, when I went to the website for my pre-paid card to check the remaining balance (netspend.com) it said that the account wasn't activated. I used the card all the time and I JUST added money to it, so how can it not be activated. I'm really confused and worried because i Dont want to get into trouble by amazon saying that they didn't get the money. please helptry emailing amazon customer services, or give them a call and ask if the money was received from your account. good luck.You need to contact NetSpend directly about your account.
