-Taking precaution to keep the receipt and all
Can you withdraw cash from a savings account by ATM and deposit into a SEPERATE account (not its matching checking account) by ATM?
Or perhaps, from checking to checking account (not transferring but using cash and the ATM)
It is an ATM for the same bank if that helps..
Thanks! The ATM will allow you to deposit cash, but the envelope slot may not be able to accommodate a thick pack of bills. They don't want coins at all through an ATM. Also, you are printing your own receipt. If you say you deposited $350 in bills, and the bank says there was only $290 in there, guess what they're going to believe? Tellers are generally bonded, and are generally honest, but all it would take is one incident ...
As for your other questions, I imagine the answers would depend on how the ATM was programmed. You can always do all these things at a teller window.Depends on the ATM. The ones for my bank won't accept any deposits at all.
Yes, you can.
Yes indeed.
