I have a personal checking account. My spouse can not get his own bank account. Can I take him off without him?

-Can I take him off without him being present?Not if it is a joint account. He has every right to all funds in it even if it is not his money. What is even worse is so do any of his creditors.
Generally, you can take him off if he is only a signer on the account not if he is also a owner of it.
I think so. If you opened the account then and put him on it, then I think you can take him off. You can also just take your money out and start another checking account
