How easy do natwest give out loans?

-i need money urgently for flat deposit and other bits, and my family arent in a position to lend that amount of money. with a maxed out credit card and empty student overdraft, does anyone know the likelihood of getting a small loan with natwest? obviously i will go in and ask but wondering if it will be a wasted visit! very stressed!!
